The mixing of animal feed consists in a series of operations that requires maximum attetion from personnel. The automation process encompasses the following manoeuvres controlled by the Dowsiwin IPC programme:

- Mixing processes with times which can be set per mix or use standard times.

- Liquids dosage in mixer features control over quantity injected and injection process alarms (lack of liquid, obstructions..)

- Additives incorporation in the mixer in three differents forms:

Assumed method: the incorporation is verified by the user

Synchronised "0" scale with individual weight read out per material.

"0" weighing scale with storage control prior to the picking of all materials: Barcode and weight reader for each material to be incorporated, and control of reception of the premix by means of RFID TAG for its subsequent incorporation into the mixer.

- Transport to destination by Route Automation:

We offer three differents transport to destination processes with the option of continuous molasses processing and proportional injection control according to product quantity:

Transport to bagging for subsequent sale, transport for granulation, and bulk cargo transport.
