 TRACEABILITY PROGRAM The current regulation requires a precise record of the origin of all raw materials used in the manufacture of compound feed. The dosing schedule of Systemtronic offers a tool to facilitate the administrative work to meet current regulations. In addition to incorporating the automatic dispensing module attached to the plant by an automaton and the weighbridge (with or without head weighing) to automate the process of traceability of materials, as well as several more options. For simplicity we have defined four ways to control the traceability, which are: 1 - Simple, you only need the form of traceability. 2 - weighbridge module, which automates the entry of materials that may or may not incorporate a direct reading head weight. 3 - With Automatic Dosing module, which manages the automatic consumption materials of manufacture, this requires the installation of a controller (PLC) that can automate, in addition to the dosage, different factory processes (granulation, Piqueras, Routes, silage, molasses, Mixer, Liquid, etc) and whose price will vary depending on the mill and processes to manage. 4 - Complete, which includes both the dosage and the weighbridge and allows fully automated process control and traceability of manufacturing in general. |
